At TENTH we want to help and answer all questions regarding your order or any process involved in purchasing it.

How can I make sure that I have made the purchase correctly?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation stating that we have received your order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please send us an email to [email protected]. Our Customer Service Team can be reached Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m and will be happy will be happy to assist you.
How long can it take to know the status of my order?
May we remind you that you will only be able to track your order if you have done it as a registered user on our website. Once you have logged in, click on 'My orders' section and you will be able to see all the information. Keep in mind that this process may take a little longer in case there is a weekend or bank holiday in between.
What happens if I don't pick up my store delivery order within 7 days?
One week after the purchase has arrived at the designated store, we will remind you via e-mail that your order is available in the store to collect your order. After two weeks, we will contact you by phone to inform you that your order is still in the store awaiting for it to be collected. If after 30 days your order has not been collected, you may request for a return and 10€ penalty will be deducted automatically from your original amount.
